These Terms & Conditions govern your use of openhouse.team and the services Paramount Real Estate Group (“Paramount,” “we,” “us”) provides through it. By using the site, registering for an open house, signing in at a property, or agreeing to be contacted, you accept these terms.
The service
openhouse.team lists Paramount Real Estate Group open houses in Kitsap, Pierce and Mason Counties, Washington, and lets you save a spot, sign in at a property, ask about a listing and subscribe to a weekend digest. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell property or legal, financial or tax advice.
Your information
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to submit only your own. How we collect, use and share it is described in our Privacy Policy.
SMS Terms
When you give a Paramount broker your mobile number and tick the text-message box on one of our forms, the broker may text you about your real estate inquiry: answers to your questions, showing and appointment scheduling, updates on your transaction, and, when you registered at an open house, that home and similar homes. Some texts are automated or AI-assisted and are sent on the broker's behalf. You opt in by ticking the text-message box on a form on openhouse.team or a Paramount listing page, by signing a client agreement that includes text consent, or by texting a Paramount broker first. Submitting a form without ticking that box does not opt you in to texts. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
- Message frequency varies with your conversation with your broker.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one confirmation, then no further texts.
- Reply HELP to any message for help, or call Paramount Real Estate Group at (360) 874-0500.
- We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use
Do not use the site to submit false registrations, scrape or copy listing content for redistribution, interfere with its operation, or violate any law.

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paramount disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any message sent or not delivered.
