This Privacy Policy describes how Paramount Real Estate Group (“Paramount,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use openhouse.team, register for an open house, sign in at one of our open houses, subscribe to our weekend digest, or communicate with a Paramount broker by phone, email or text message.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address and mobile phone number when you save your spot at an open house, sign in at a property, subscribe to the weekend digest, ask about a listing, or contact a Paramount broker; and the property or area you asked about.
- Consent records: the version of the consent language you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser of the device that submitted the form.
- Messages: the content of text messages, emails and calls between you and a Paramount broker, and delivery information from our messaging providers.
- Technical information: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. openhouse.team does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, confirm your open house registration and send you the property information you asked for.
- To have a licensed Paramount broker contact you about your real estate needs by phone and email, and by text message only where you ticked the text-message box.
- To send the weekend open house digest you subscribed to, with a one-click unsubscribe in every email.
- To route your inquiry to the right broker or team inside Paramount and keep a record of it in our customer relationship system.
- To operate, secure and improve openhouse.team.
Text messaging (SMS)
When you provide your mobile number and tick the text-message box on one of our forms, Paramount brokers may text you about your inquiry, showings, appointments and your transaction, and, if you registered at an open house, about that home and similar homes. Some texts are automated or AI-assisted. Submitting a form without ticking that box does not opt you in to texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate our services: with the Paramount broker or team handling your inquiry, and with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (website hosting, database, email delivery, text and voice messaging, mapping, and our customer relationship system). These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal information, and mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected for texting are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Paramount, our clients or others.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts from that number.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any digest email to stop the weekend digest.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling the number below.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry, consent and message records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations under Washington law, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
openhouse.team is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
